Analyst, IT Service (up to $5400)
Job Description
Location: Tanjong Pagar
Duties
Manage daily IT operations and ensure IT services meet SLA and performance standards
Oversee service desk activities, including tracking incidents, requests, and system changes
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for IT infrastructure support and issue resolution
Monitor system performance, operational risks, and service availability
Support hardware/software maintenance and lifecycle management
Assist with IT audits, compliance checks, business continuity, and disaster recovery activities
Support IT projects and ensure timelines and deliverables are met
Recommend process improvements to enhance IT operations and service delivery
Provide after-hours support when required for critical incidents or downtime
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, or service delivery
Familiar with IT service management and operational support processes
Knowledge of ITIL, ServiceNow, or PMP is an advantage
