Assistant Floor Manager|Bar|Central| 5.5 days (up to $4000)

Day: Monday - Saturday
4pm - 2am (Subjected to schedule)

Duties:

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service at the bar area.
• Take and process drink and food orders accurately and promptly.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, tables, and service areas.
• Monitor customer behavior to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Restock bar inventory, including glasses, garnishes, and supplies.
• Support bartenders and other team members to ensure smooth bar operations.
• Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and liquor regulations.

Requirement:

• Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is preferred (training provided for entry-level).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn.
• Flexible to work on weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
