Proto Lab Technical Operator

• Operate assembly tools and equipment used for prototype supply/cartridge production.
• Assemble prototype components, including ink delivery cartridge systems.
• Perform hand assembly and support prototype build activities.
• Track, log, and record materials, inventory, and production data accurately.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting activities, including restarting or rebooting PCs connected to manufacturing equipment.
• Package finished products according to defined packaging procedures, including:

o   Bubble wrapping components

o   Packing items into carton boxes

o   Taping and labeling cartons

o   Palletizing and shrink/stretch wrapping shipments

• Ensure workstations and materials are organized and maintained properly.
• Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures at all times.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing / prototype lab environment.
• Combination of machine operation, manual assembly, and packaging activities.
