Recruitment Consultant (IT & Banking)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant specializing in the IT and Banking sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, client management, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and revenue collection. This role is suitable for individuals who are highly motivated, sales-oriented, and passionate about talent acquisition and the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Develop and expand new corporate clients within the IT and Banking industries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and key decision-makers
  • Understand clients’ hiring needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions
  • Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Candidate Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

  • Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and internal databases
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for IT and Banking positions

Interview Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
  • Prepare candidates before interviews and provide interview guidance
  • Follow up closely with both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Provide timely feedback and recruitment updates to all stakeholders

Offer Negotiation & Placement Management

  • Manage salary negotiations and employment offer discussions
  • Assist candidates during resignation and onboarding processes
  • Ensure successful candidate placement and retention
  • Handle contract discussions and employment terms professionally

Billing & Collection

  • Prepare placement documentation and ensure proper submission of invoices
  • Follow up on payment collection from clients
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and sales reports

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • Prior experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or talent acquisition is preferred
  • Experience in IT recruitment or Banking/Financial Services recruitment will be an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and recruitment tools is preferred
