Job Summary

We are looking for a highly driven and client-focused Key Account Manager to manage and convert high-intent leads transferred from the sales consulting team.

This role focuses on closing high-value deals, managing premium client relationships, and ensuring successful payment conversion for high-net-worth individuals. The ideal candidate excels in face-to-face and video-based negotiations and has a strong track record in closing large transactions.

Key Responsibilities

1. High-Intent Client Conversion

  • Take over qualified, high-intent clients transferred from Sales Consultants
  • Drive the final stages of the sales funnel and complete the deal closure cycle
  • Ensure efficient and professional handling of premium client expectations

2. High-Value Deal Closing

  • Conduct in-depth consultations via video calls and in-person meetings
  • Lead negotiations and finalize high-value contracts (large-ticket deals)
  • Present tailored solutions and address client concerns to secure commitment

3. High-Net-Worth Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients
  • Provide personalized service and strategic advisory throughout the engagement
  • Ensure smooth client journey from agreement to payment completion

4. Payment Conversion & Revenue Delivery

  • Take ownership of client payment conversion and revenue realization
  • Monitor deal progress and proactively resolve obstacles to closing
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding after signing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 2–6 years of experience in high-ticket sales, wealth management, immigration consulting, or related fields
  • Proven track record in closing high-value deals (preferably USD 20,000+)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage high-net-worth clients with professionalism and discretion
  • Comfortable with video conferencing and in-person client meetings
  • Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a strong advantage
