Senior Immigration & Identity Planning Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Senior Identity Planning Consultant to manage high-value inbound leads and drive conversions for premium identity and immigration planning solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling initial client consultations, assessing migration needs, and converting qualified prospects into paying clients for solutions ranging from USD 20,000 to USD 50,000.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management & Initial Consultation

• Handle inbound inquiries from multiple channels, including platform direct messages, public leads, and referrals
• Ensure prompt, professional, and high-quality first responses to all client inquiries
• Build initial trust and rapport with prospective clients

2. Needs Assessment & Qualification

• Conduct structured consultations using standardized scripts and frameworks
• Evaluate clients’ immigration and identity planning needs
• Identify and qualify high-intent prospects while filtering out low-quality leads

3. Sales Conversion & Solution Advisory

• Recommend tailored identity planning solutions within the USD 20,000–50,000 range
• Present clear value propositions and guide clients through decision-making
• Handle objections effectively and drive deal closure

4. Client Follow-Up & Conversion Management

• Maintain continuous engagement with clients throughout the conversion journey
• Ensure smooth transition from consultation to signing and service delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams (documentation, legal, processing) to support client onboarding

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 1–5 years of experience in immigration, study abroad consulting, wealth planning, or high-ticket sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Proven ability to manage high-net-worth clients professionally
• Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored advisory solutions
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is preferred
