Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Partner to join our growing business in Singapore. This role is ideal for individuals with strong business development capabilities, industry resources, and a desire to co-build and scale a company in sectors such as immigration, education, recruitment, and corporate services.

The Partner will play a strategic role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and contributing to long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Singapore and overseas markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Drive client acquisition in sectors such as immigration, study abroad, manpower recruitment, and business setup

2. Strategic Planning

  • Co-develop company growth strategies and market expansion plans
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
  • Participate in decision-making on business direction and investments

3. Revenue & Performance

  • Achieve agreed revenue and profit targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize conversion
  • Monitor KPIs and optimize business performance

4. Team & Operations

  • Build, manage, and mentor sales/business development teams
  • Improve operational processes and service delivery standards
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory frameworks (e.g., MOM, ICA if applicable)

5. Branding & Market Presence

  • Strengthen company branding through online/offline channels
  • Support marketing campaigns (e.g., Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Represent the company in business meetings, networking events, and partnerships

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or above (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or entrepreneurship
  • Experience in immigration, education, recruitment, or consulting industry is a strong advantage

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in revenue generation or client acquisition
  • Ability to work independently and drive results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing client base or industry resources
  • Experience in Singapore market or cross-border business
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation channels
