Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving business targets in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to maximize performance
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong client pipelines
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business objectives
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Experience in [industry-specific field, e.g., recruitment / F&B / logistics / immigration services] is an advantage
