We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in Singapore and regional markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the full sales cycle to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business goals
  • Drive sales pipeline development and ensure consistent deal closures
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales targets effectively

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 8–12 years of sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in B2B sales or relevant industry preferred
  • Familiarity with Singapore market dynamics is an advantage
