Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and commercially astute Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, expand client partnerships, and identify new market opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of the Singapore market landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and acquire new clients through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM systems
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide strategic insights to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with the Singapore market and business landscape is preferred
  • Proficiency in English; Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients
