Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Director to lead our business development and revenue growth initiatives in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving market expansion, building strong client relationships, and leading high-performing sales teams. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, leadership capability, and the ability to execute growth strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead and manage the business development and sales teams to achieve KPIs and targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies
  • Oversee sales pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align business goals
  • Establish scalable sales processes and optimize conversion rates
  • Drive brand positioning and market presence in Singapore and regional markets
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (MBA is a plus)
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial leadership roles
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore market and business environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
