Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective hiring strategies, managing recruitment teams, and ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and departments
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Build and manage talent pipelines through various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
- Manage and mentor recruitment team members to achieve hiring targets
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define job specifications
- Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and hiring success rate
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance company attractiveness
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and hiring practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5–10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record in high-volume hiring or specialized recruitment
- Strong understanding of recruitment channels and sourcing techniques
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Familiarity with Singapore labor market and hiring regulations
