Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and proactive Administration Manager to oversee the company’s administrative operations and ensure efficient office management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative processes, supporting business functions, and maintaining a productive and well-structured working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems
  • Manage office facilities, procurement, and vendor relationships
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure effective team performance
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and internal communications
  • Maintain office budgets and monitor administrative expenses
  • Support HR and finance functions, including documentation and coordination
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
  • Handle corporate documentation, contracts, and record management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of administrative or office management experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
