Deputy General Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a capable and results-oriented Deputy General Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and executing business strategies. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving business performance, and ensuring alignment across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in implementing business strategies and achieving organizational goals
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments
• Drive business development initiatives and support revenue growth targets
• Monitor operational performance, KPIs, and financial outcomes
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process optimization initiatives
• Lead and manage department heads to ensure high performance and accountability
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Act as a key decision-maker in the absence of the General Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 8–12 years of working experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Proven experience in operations management and business development
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Singapore business environment and regulations
