Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of banking clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering tailored financial solutions, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue growth through cross-selling banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of individual and/or corporate banking clients
- Identify clients’ financial needs and provide customized banking solutions (loans, deposits, wealth products, trade financing, etc.)
- Actively acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and business development activities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction
- Cross-sell and upsell bank products to maximize revenue opportunities
- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments for credit applications
- Work closely with internal teams (credit, compliance, operations) to ensure smooth execution of transactions
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Banking, or related field
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in banking, financial services, or relationship management
- Strong sales orientation with proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
- Good understanding of banking products such as loans, wealth management, and trade finance
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Singapore banking regulations and compliance standards
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
