Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of banking clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering tailored financial solutions, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue growth through cross-selling banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of individual and/or corporate banking clients
  • Identify clients’ financial needs and provide customized banking solutions (loans, deposits, wealth products, trade financing, etc.)
  • Actively acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and business development activities
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction
  • Cross-sell and upsell bank products to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments for credit applications
  • Work closely with internal teams (credit, compliance, operations) to ensure smooth execution of transactions
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Banking, or related field
  • Minimum 3–8 years of experience in banking, financial services, or relationship management
  • Strong sales orientation with proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
  • Good understanding of banking products such as loans, wealth management, and trade finance
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with Singapore banking regulations and compliance standards
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
