Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Office Assistant to provide administrative, finance, and import/export documentation to support one of our group of companies, ideal for fresh graduates or those seeking career growth in administration or business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, document management, and data entry.
  • Manage correspondence, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and other business documents.
  • Support basic Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) administrative tasks.
  • Prepare simple reports and documents for management review.
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing shipping, delivery, and supplier documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and service providers on documentation and administrative matters.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Required competencies and certifications

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma, Higher NITEC, Degree, or equivalent qualifications
  • Experience in administration, finance support, logistics, supply chain, or import/export operations is advantageous but not mandatory
