Job Summary
Manage the end-to-end placement process for domestic helpers, ensuring compliance with MOM regulations and delivering quality service from client engagement to deployment.
Responsibilities
- Engage families seeking domestic helpers to understand their household needs and recommend suitable candidates
- Conduct interviews and shortlist candidate profiles to match client requirements
- Manage the entire placement process from initial enquiry through to successful deployment
- Ensure strict compliance with MOM regulations and agency standards throughout the placement process
- Maintain professional relationships with clients to support ongoing service quality and client satisfaction
Required competencies and certifications
- CEI Certified (as required for employment agency personnel)
