Job Summary

Manage the end-to-end placement process for domestic helpers, ensuring compliance with MOM regulations and delivering quality service from client engagement to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Engage families seeking domestic helpers to understand their household needs and recommend suitable candidates
• Conduct interviews and shortlist candidate profiles to match client requirements
• Manage the entire placement process from initial enquiry through to successful deployment
• Ensure strict compliance with MOM regulations and agency standards throughout the placement process
• Maintain professional relationships with clients to support ongoing service quality and client satisfaction

Required competencies and certifications

• CEI Certified (as required for employment agency personnel)
