We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to support our business growth and merchant acquisition projects in Singapore.

This role is mainly focused on ground sales, merchant outreach and relationship building.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct field sales and merchant outreach activities

• Introduce company services and solutions to potential clients

• Build and maintain customer relationships

• Follow up with leads and assist with closing opportunities

• Support business growth and expansion projects

• Coordinate with internal teams when necessary

• Provide market feedback and customer insights

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales, field sales or business development preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently and achieve targets

• Comfortable with meeting clients and conducting outreach activities

• Good spoken and written English required

• Mandarin speaking ability is an advantage for communicating with Chinese-speaking clients

• Singapore market knowledge preferred

• Self-driven and willing to work in a fast-moving startup environment
