About the Role

As a Retail Sales Ambassador, you will represent our brands and serve as the first point of contact with customers. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting our products, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

You will play an important role in helping customers discover products that enhance their homes and lifestyles while embodying the values and standards of our brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell home and lifestyle products to customers.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service.
• Understand product features and confidently recommend suitable products tocustomers.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain attractive product displays and merchandise presentation.
• Ensure merchandise is properly stocked, priced, and displayed.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks.
• Support promotional activities, roadshows, and retail events.
• Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
• Submit sales reports and other operational reports as required.
• Comply with company policies and department store regulations.
• Undertake other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• GCE N-Level, O-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Fresh entrants are welcome to apply.
• Retail sales experience will be an advantage but is not essential.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant disposition and customer-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic English communication skills required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
