About the Role
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Sales Team in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations andexcellent customer service. You will coordinate orders, liaise with customers and retail partners, monitor sales activities, and provide administrative support to facilitate efficient sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Process and monitor customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related sales documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, promoters, warehouse personnel, and internal departments on order fulfilment and delivery arrangements.
• Support key retail accounts and department store operations.
• Monitor stock availability and assist in inventory coordination.
• Assist in sales reporting, data compilation, and analysis.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and provide timely support.
• Maintain accurate records and filing of sales documents.
• Support sales campaigns, promotions, roadshows, and events where required.
• Undertake other duties and projects assigned by Management.
Requirements
• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Relevant experience in sales administration, customer service, retailoperations, or coordination roles will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, organised, and able to multitask effectively.
• Positive attitude with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment.

Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 9.00am – 6.30pm
- Friday: 9.00am – 6.00pm
- Alternate Saturday: 9.00am – 1.00pm
