Automation Technician

·       Provides technical support.

·       Services, maintains & repairs automation line & equipments.

·       Operates, setup & trouble shoot automation line & equipments.

·       Manages spare parts inventory.

·       Guides & directs operators on basic operation of automation line & equipments.

·       Perform performance test runs & evaluates processes.

·       Provides feedbacks & improvements of the automation line & equipments.

·       Performs document & file process changes, start up forms, Preventive Maintenance(PM) schedules.

·       Maintains & upkeep of tools, gauges & test equipments.

·       Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
