Digital Water Lead

• Lead Digital Twin and Digital Water requirements definition for client-facing programmes
• Architect end-to-end system landscapes across OT, IT, cloud, enterprise systems, analytics and workflow
• Design data models, integration strategies and information architectures that support practical operational decisions
• Oversee technical design, integration and delivery, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and adopted
• Support procurement, vendor assessment and technical assurance for Digital Twin, AI, analytics and platform solutions
• Translate business needs into long-term, repeatable digital solutions for clients
• Lead and support the strategic direction and growth plan for Smart Integrated Infrastructure and Digital Water services across Asia
• Work with office leaders in Singapore to identify business needs of clients engaged in digital transformation
• Collaborate with experts across Binnies and the RSK Group of Companies to develop sustainable strategies that meet client requirements
• Advocate the use of modern database technology platforms and associated toolsets to develop and redesign business applications
• Support strategies for predictive analytics, business intelligence and technical/tool development
• Identify, employ, supervise and develop key resources in Asia Pacific as part of a Digital Water team
• Train and support Asia-based professionals in digital transformation, drawing on knowledge and capability from across Binnies
• Engage with thought leadership communities, industry groups and conferences to demonstrate Binnies’ position as an innovator in Digital Water and Smart Integrated Infrastructure
• You’ll combine business analysis, systems architecture, technical design oversight, regional growth and capability development - with real delivery accountability.
• Designing and procuring Digital Twin and AI capability for an advanced wastewater treatment works in South East Asia
• Working with Singapore, Hong Kong and UK office leaders to identify client needs and translate them into long-term digital solutions
• Developing Smart Integrated Infrastructure and Digital Water growth plans across Asia Pacific
• Delivering Digital Twin capability across multiple use cases for major water, wastewater, reservoir or treatment infrastructure
• Making new water, wastewater and bio resource centres “Digital Twin ready” during design and construction
• Supporting predictive analytics, business intelligence, data architecture and technical/tool development for utility clients
• Assessing vendors and technologies across AI, analytics, data platforms, operational systems and Digital Twin components

What you will bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information & Communications Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Asset Management or a related field
• Strong, hands-on Digital Twin, digital transformation, data analytics or systems architecture experience
• Experience in ICT, asset management or digital delivery with a utility, preferably in a water-related environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of data analytics processes, including large-scale data volumes
• Hands-on experience with business intelligence platforms and software packages
• Experience in asset management, preferably in the water industry in Asia Pacific
• Experience in business development, client engagement and opportunity shaping
• Knowledge of SQL Server, Microsoft Power BI, Amazon Web Services, Azure or equivalent platforms from an architecture standpoint
• General business knowledge, including the commercial drivers that influence organisational success, profitability and budget management
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships across clients, partners and internal teams
