Key Responsibilities

• Help families understand and plan suitable education pathways.

• Support school selection, academic progression, and long-term education planning.

• Communicate with parents to understand their concerns, expectations, and children’s development needs.

• Provide long-term companion-style support to families throughout their education journey.

• Participate in education-related content creation and knowledge sharing.

• Organize parent salons, education events, school visits, and community activities.

• Build and maintain a high-quality parent community.

• Coordinate with schools, education institutions, service providers, and other relevant resources.

• Support families with Singapore education transition and settlement-related matters.

Key Requirements

• Passionate about education and family growth.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to understand parents’ concerns and children’s development needs.

• Sincere, responsible, empathetic, and willing to build long-term trust with families.

• Good presentation skills and sense of content quality.

• Experience in education consulting, overseas study consulting, international schools, family education, or related fields is preferred.

• Experience working with parents, students, or high-net-worth families is an advantage.

• Strong English communication skills; Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage for client and stakeholder communication.

• Familiarity with Singapore’s education system is a plus.

• Experience in community building, event planning, content creation, or client relationship management is an advantage.
