Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on global education trends, including AI-era talent development, STEM education, international school systems, university admissions trends, and future career pathways.

• Research family education and child development topics, including parent-child communication, learning motivation, growth mindset, cross-cultural growth, and high-net-worth family education needs.

• Write in-depth articles, research reports, and expert interview summaries.

• Support education seminars, parent salons, and knowledge-sharing activities.

• Assist in building and maintaining an expert network, including school principals, university professors, education experts, psychology experts, entrepreneurs, and international school parents.

• Help the company develop its own education research framework and knowledge system.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Communications, Public Policy, International Relations, Development Studies, or related fields.

• Master’s degree or above is preferred.

• Excellent written communication skills in English; ability to prepare written materials for Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders will be an advantage.

• Strong independent research, analytical, and summarizing skills.

• Clear logical thinking and strong ability to organize complex information.

• Passionate about education, family growth, and future development trends.

• Comfortable using AI tools to improve research efficiency.

• Experience in international schools, education industry, media/content creation, or research institutions is a plus.

• Overseas study or living experience is preferred.

• Ability to conduct interviews and research independently is an advantage.
