Part-Time Online International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) Business Management (Higher Level, HL) Teacher

Student Level: Grade 11 (IBDP Year 1)
Mode: Online (remote)
Teaching Frequency: 2 lessons per week
Lesson Duration: 1.5 hours per lesson
Class Schedule: Lesson days/timings will be confirmed with the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured online lessons for IBDP Business Management (HL), Grade 11 aligned with IB curriculum requirements.
• Build the student’s HL-level analytical, application, and exam-answering skills using IB-style questions and case-based practice.
• Prepare lesson plans, learning notes, assignments, and revision materials.
• Provide timely feedback on student work and track progress consistently.

Key Requirements

• Proven teaching/tutoring experience in IBDP Business Management (HL) (Grade 11 / Year 1 preferred).
• Strong understanding of IB HL standards and assessment approach.
• Strong English communication and clear online delivery, with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking student.
• Responsible, organized, and able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
