Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Specialist with strong expertise in Singapore payroll to manage compensation, benefits, and payroll operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Singapore payroll processing in collaboration with Finance to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore statutory payroll requirements including CPF, IRAS, AIS, SDL, IR8A, and IR21 regulations
  • Perform payroll validation, reconciliation, audits, and generate detailed reports to maintain payroll accuracy and integrity
  • Collaborate effectively with payroll, finance, and internal HR stakeholders to streamline payroll and compensation processes
  • Support annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and incentive programs by providing data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis to align pay structures with industry standards
  • Provide input on salary offers, promotions, and pay adjustments to support talent retention and motivation
  • Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain accurate data in HRIS and payroll systems, generating reports to support decision-making
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and assist with internal and external payroll audits to ensure compliance
  • Manage expatriates’ compensation packages in accordance with company policies and local regulations

Required competencies and certifications

  • Strong hands-on experience in Singapore payroll processing (mandatory)
  • Deep knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, MOM regulations, SDL, AIS, IR8A, IR21)
  • Proven ability to perform end-to-end payroll processing, validation, and reconciliation
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information securely
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Proficiency in HRIS/payroll systems such as Workday, SAP, ADP, or similar
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking tools and salary surveys
  • Background working in MNCs or fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • HR or Total Rewards certifications (e.g., IHRP, CCP)
  • Experience in HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Exposure to process improvements, automation, or payroll transformation initiatives
