Quantity Surveyor

1.Good knowledge of contract and QS procedures and pricing

2.Experienced in procurement, budgeting, estimation, contract administration, measurement of quantities & variation orders

3.Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation

4.Submission of progressive claims to the client and follow-up for payment response

5.Preparation, checking, and monitoring project budget

6.Evaluation and verification of supplier and subcontractor claims.
