Country City Investments Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based real estate management and investment company with an established portfolio of lifestyle and heritage projects across Singapore.
We are currently expanding our team to support the development and activation of a new large-scale lifestyle precinct — a multi-generational destination centred around F&B, wellness, family programming, sports, and community activations, with a targeted opening in early 2027.
About the Role
We are seeking a Content & Brand Executive to join our team ahead of the opening of our upcoming lifestyle precinct — building our brand presence, social channels, and content identity from the ground up.
This is a high-ownership role that sits at the intersection of brand thinking and hands-on content production. The successful candidate will be responsible not just for creating content, but for shaping the voice, tone, and visual identity of a new lifestyle destination from day one. You will be one of the first people to tell this story — and how you tell it will matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish 3–5 short-form videos per week across Instagram, TikTok, and XHS, maintaining a consistent and compelling brand voice
- Own the day-to-day management of all social media channels — content calendar, community engagement, DMs, and real-time responses
- Write copy across all brand touchpoints — captions, stories, campaign text, and editorial content — in a natural, lifestyle-appropriate voice
- Develop and maintain the brand's visual and tonal identity across all digital channels in the absence of a dedicated brand director
- Research and produce heritage and community "micro-stories" that bring the history and soul of our precinct to life
- Capture on-site content regularly — restoration progress, tenant stories, community moments, and event documentation
- Manage and maintain an organised library of photo and video assets across all projects
- Support content needs across our broader portfolio of lifestyle and heritage properties as required
Requirements
Essential:
- 3–4 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or brand communications — lifestyle, F&B, hospitality, or real estate preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile video shooting and editing, with clear evidence of storytelling instinct and brand consistency
- Excellent English copywriting skills with a natural, lifestyle-appropriate voice
- Demonstrated ability to hold and apply a brand tone independently without daily direction
- Self-starter with strong initiative — comfortable working in a pre-opening environment where structures are still being built
- Proficient in mobile editing tools (CapCut, VN, or equivalent) and familiar with platform-native formats across Instagram, TikTok, and XHS
Preferred:
- Experience managing social channels for a lifestyle precinct, F&B group, hospitality brand, or cultural institution
- Native-level written Mandarin for XHS content creation
- Basic photography skills for on-site capture in addition to video
- Familiarity with content scheduling and analytics tools
