Account Manager, Gaming, Greater China Region

Job Description

This role will lead strategic partnerships with game developers and content creators, with a strong focus on the Greater China Region and additional global coverage.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and grow relationships with leading mobile, PC, console, and emerging platform developers
  • Guide partners in adopting new platform features and help them succeed long term
  • Represent the platform in senior stakeholder meetings
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Policy teams to support partner needs
  • Track performance metrics and market trends to shape partnership strategy
  • Identify and onboard new developers across GCR and other key regions
  • Resolve operational challenges and advocate internally for partner priorities

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 5 years experience in partnerships, business development, or account management within gaming or related industries
  • Strong knowledge of the gaming ecosystem (mobile, PC, console, or platforms like Roblox/Minecraft)
  • Experience working across functions and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Analytical, clear communicator, and confident presenter
  • Comfortable supporting APAC and EMEA time zones
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin advantageous as this will involve working with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
  • Experience navigating iOS/Android ecosystems and working with developers in GCR is highly valued
  • Familiarity with AI-driven workflows is a plus
