Hiring: SAP SuccessFactors Integration & Reporting Lead in Singapore
We are seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors specialist to lead integrations and reporting across a complex, multi-instance global environment.
What you'll bring:
- 8+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations and reporting
- Deep expertise across Employee Central, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning Management System, Time, and more
- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration and Business Technology Platform Integration Suite
- Experience with UKG and SuccessFactors integration
- SAP SuccessFactors Integration or Reporting certification
This is a lead role where you will own technical workstreams, produce interface documentation for handover, and help shape data readiness for AI initiatives. If you bridge the gap between functional depth and technical delivery, we would like to hear from you.
