What You’ll Do

Responsible for leading strategic and ongoing activities for all payments products delivery. This role involves working closely with business partners to identify market requirements to be incorporated into the product, and providing support to the sales teams as they promote our products and services to clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing activities with external consultants, terminal manufacturers, card manufacturers, personalization bureaus, testing labs, and test tool vendors to help enable support. You will develop and coach teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manage risk within the teams you oversee.

What we’re looking for

  • Ensure product implementation goals are met by creating/managing a clear strategy and implementation prioritization for the region, and by providing SME support to internal and external partners to deliver against the strategy.
  • Responsible for product delivery approach for region across key business partners, and manage clear communications around progress against strategy.
  • Manage relationships with our partners to ensure the product delivery processes are effective.
  • Set regional priorities for incentives and ensure tracking to incentive goals.
  • Identify opportunities to deliver training or provide other regionally-specific support materials such as client-facing presentations.
  • Represent us at industry and client events and prepare and deliver SME-level presentations to all levels of internal and external management.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration and Management or in lieu of a degree: 10 years of experience in payments or financial services.
  • 8 years of experience in cards payment business preferably product management & consulting, network / card operations or network / card technology function.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Product Management & Consulting / Client Management in card payment industry across Asia Pacific Region in business-to-business setting.
