Trade Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of trade finance including Letters of Credit (L/C) and Export Bill of Collection:

· Review new L/C clauses, identify errors or risk items, and communicate promptly with the sales team

· Maintain key L/C data in the SAP system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates

· Verify original documents to ensure compliance with L/C requirements and bank submission standards

· Identify and communicate discrepancies to the sales team with clear, professional guidance

· Prepare Certificate of Origin (CO) and other trade documents as required

· Arrange local or international documents courier accordingly
【Requirements】

• Prior experience in Letter of Credit (L/C) operations or import/export trade is a plus

• Strong command of both Mandarin and English for cross-functional communication
• Degree preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience will be considered
