📝 Job Responsibilities
Attend to customer enquiries and provide product information professionally
Recommend suitable products based on customers’ needs and preferences
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty
Ensure the sales floor and work area are neat, organised, and well-presented
Assist in day-to-day retail operations, including stock-taking
Support new product launches, promotions, and related events when required
