Maintenance Technician (Shopping Mall)

🔧 Maintenance Technician – Operations & Maintenance 🔧

📍 Location: Singapore

🗓️ Contract:
• 1-year contract
• Possible extension or conversion to full-time (confirmation will be given 3 months before contract end)

💰 Salary & Benefits:
• Basic Salary: $2,600 – $3,000
• Transport Allowance: $120/month
• Mobile Allowance: $25/month
• Completion Bonus: 1 month salary

🕘 Working Schedule:
• Shift pattern: 4 days work, 1 day off (rotating)

Shift Hours:
• Morning Shift: 8:30am – 4:30pm
• Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm

Occasional A1 Shift (0–3 times per month):
• 5:00pm – 1:00am
• Allowance:

• Basic hourly salary × 1.5 rate × 2 hours

• $10 meal allowance

• Taxi claim provided

🧾 Job Scope:

• Perform maintenance and repair works for building systems and facilities
• Support daily operations and preventive maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Ensure equipment and systems are operating safely and effectively
• Assist with inspection, servicing, and upkeep of facilities
• Support ad-hoc maintenance tasks as assigned by the Operations & Maintenance Manager

✔️ Requirements:

• Prior maintenance or technical experience preferred
• Experience working in shopping malls or commercial buildings is an advantage
• Able to work rotating shifts
• Responsible and able to respond to operational issues promptly
