🍽️ Front of House Captain / Supervisor (Cafe)

📍 Location: Islandwide
💰 Salary: $2,500 – $3,300
🗓 Working Days: 5 days/week (including weekends & PH)

Benefits:
Annual Leave
• Captain: 9 days (up to 14 days)
• Supervisor: 14 days (up to 21 days)

1 day Birthday Leave
20 days Paid Sabbatical Leave after 5 years
30% Dining Discount across all group brands

⏰ Working Hours:
• Shift hours between 10am – 10pm
• Average 55 hours/week including OT
📌 OT expected during initial opening period as café operations stabilise

🛠️ Job Scope:
• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalised guest service
• Guide guests through menu recommendations for pastries, desserts, and beverages
• Ensure smooth front-of-house service operations from greeting to farewell
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of dining environment
• Handle guest feedback professionally and efficiently
• Support daily opening and closing duties

📌 For Supervisor Role:
• Oversee floor operations and coordinate service team during service
• Coach and guide junior team members to uphold service standards
• Assist with reservations, guest flow, and floor coordination

✅ Requirements:
• Experience in café / restaurant front-of-house operations preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership experience preferred for Supervisor position
