Analytics Lead AL2
Job Description
We’re hiring an Analyst Lead 2 in Singapore to lead analytics for the Transaction Lifecycle Dispute & Risk (TLDR) Pod and also own analytics for Spend Economics (outside of TLDR). You’ll manage 2–3 analysts and are expected to stay hands-on with selective IC work—especially to deepen our understanding of Spend retention and identify the levers that move it.
What you’ll do
Lead a team of 2–3 analysts: coaching, performance, prioritisation, and raising the bar for analytical quality and influence.
Set the analytics direction for TLDR and Spend Economics: define success metrics, build measurement plans, and ensure the pod has clear insights to guide product/ops/risk decisions.
Drive Spend retention insight and action (hands-on as needed): quantify retention drivers, identify levers, and evaluate impact of changes across the dispute/risk journey.

Partner closely with Product, Risk, Ops, and Eng: turn ambiguous problems into clear recommendations, trade-offs, and execution plans.
Improve analytics foundations: metric definitions, documentation, dashboards, and scalable reporting/monitoring.

TLDR and Spend Economics have clear, trusted metrics and regular insight loops.
A measurable pipeline of initiatives improving dispute outcomes / risk effectiveness while managing customer experience trade-offs.
A clear view of Spend retention (where it’s lost, why, and what we can change), with validated levers and impact tracking.
The team operates with increasing autonomy and consistently ships high-quality analysis.
