Job Description
We are seeking dynamic individuals with strong customer service skills to become part of our corporate travel management services team.
Key deliverables include:
· Servicing our corporate clients on their travel requirements.
· Supporting client management in engaging and building strong relationships with travellers & travel arrangers through email and call interactions.
· Be proactive and exercising creativity on flight & hotel options in responding to clients’ travel requests.
· Support sourcing of group air for meeting & incentive groups.
· Provide after-hours customer support through shift rotation.
A perfect match profile would include:
· Possesses a minimum of 2 years travel industry experience including knowledge of reservation (GDS), ticketing and fares constructions and online booking tools.
· Possesses a diploma or A level, IATA/UFTAA Diploma beneficial.
· Good communication skills in English, bilingual beneficial.
· Strong soft skills in interpersonal relationship, a positive influence and team player.
· Organized, self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
