Job Summary:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and driving revenue growth through the sale of IT solutions and services. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify, and acquire new customers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build strong long-term relationships with various stakeholders, customers and vendors
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Identify opportunities and trends to provide market insights and support business growth
- Resolve customer concerns effectively and professionally
- Perform other ad hoc duties as needed
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or business development (IT industry experience would be an advantage)
- Strong communication skills, proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset, positive attitude with strong customer service orientation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
