Supervisor, Warehouse Operation

Job Summary:

We're looking for a proactive Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse and inventory operations, ensure smooth material flow, and support customer satisfaction through operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

•  Lead daily warehouse operations and coordinate manpower deployment 

•  Manage inventory accuracy, stock control, and material traceability 

•  Oversee receiving, storage, issuance, and movement of materials 

•  Monitor productivity, SLA performance, and operational efficiency 

•  Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve operational issues 

•  Prepare operational reports and performance updates 

•  Act as the key contact for customers on logistics and inventory matters 

•  Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service and operational performance 

•  Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures 

Requirements:

•  Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field 

•  At least 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations 

•  Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management processes and daily operations 

•  Familiarity with WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office 

•  Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
