Job Description

Salary: SGD $3,200 – $3,500 per month

Are you a highly organized and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced business environment? We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a growing international organization and play a key role in supporting customers, coordinating sales operations, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment across regional markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in customer service, sales coordination, or order management who are looking to develop their career within a collaborative and globally connected team.



Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and provide excellent customer support for assigned markets.
  • Prepare and manage quotations independently while ensuring healthy margins and supporting sales objectives.
  • Coordinate end-to-end order processing, including order entry, backorder management, shipment follow-ups, and delivery updates.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, databases, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Work closely with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Management teams across Singapore and overseas offices to ensure smooth operational execution.
  • Monitor sales performance and market trends, preparing reports, analyses, and evaluations to support business decisions.
  • Support the planning and execution of sales and marketing initiatives alongside internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with the coordination of customer visits, meetings, and business travel arrangements when required.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, quality management activities, and cross-functional projects.
  • Provide guidance and training to new Sales Coordinators as needed.
  • Support Shipping and Logistics operations during peak periods or team absences.
  • Ensure all assigned responsibilities are completed accurately, efficiently, and within established timelines.



Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Sales, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales coordination, order processing, customer support, or administrative functions is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP or CRM systems will be advantageous.
  • Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
