Job Description

Responsibilities:


Fullspectrum of managing foreign workers (including transfers, resignation,dormitories and other HR related matters)

· Recruitment of foreign workers andliaise with recruitment agencies.

· Involve in yearly appraisal exercise andthis includes preparing promotion & salary increment letters.

· Handle MOM Work Pass related mattersincluding Work Pass application, renewal, transfer and cancellation and updateof foreign workers’ particulars. This includes preparing renewal contract.

· Handle foreign workers externaltrainings, medical insurances & work injuries claim matters.

· Prepare monthly reports.

· Provide support on initiatives and in any project,implementation assigned by Head of Department.
