Workplace Safety & Health Officer (Main Con) | Up to 6.5K |

💰 $4,000 – $6,500/month

What you'll do

• Champion compliance with statutory acts, company safety rules, and codes of practice across all site staff
• Keep the safety management system current — regularly reviewing and recommending updates aligned with local legislation
• Deliver targeted safety training based on Safe Work Procedures and Risk Assessments
• Plan and manage site safety audits, and lead monthly WSH Committee and Mass Toolbox Meetings
• Participate in Daily Toolbox Meetings and enforce site house rules with all stakeholders
• Review risk assessments (internal and external) and drive continuous risk management improvements
• Partner with the project team to proactively identify and eliminate safety, health, and environmental hazards
• Liaise with authorities (MOM, NEA) and ensure timely submission of all mandatory documents
• Advise the Project Director/Manager on all occupational safety and health matters
• Inspect site facilities and equipment to ensure proper working condition for environmental health
• Lead incident investigations, recommend corrective actions, and track implementation effectiveness
• Maintain and review site environmental, health, and safety records
• Ensure all Permit-to-Work (PTW) documents are valid and in order for site operations
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Departmental Manager

What we're looking for

• Registered WSHO  
• Registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO) 
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in HDB and/or commercial construction projects
• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of the WSH Act, relevant codes of practice, and Singapore's environmental regulations
• Clear communicator with solid report-writing and stakeholder management skills
