What You'll Be Doing

Drive Business Growth

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand DSV's Contract Logistics market presence.

  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities within key industry sectors.

  • Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Deliver Customer-Centric Logistics Solutions

  • Understand customer supply chain challenges and translate them into value-added logistics solutions.

  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and support teams to develop tailored proposals.

  • Lead commercial discussions, presentations, negotiations, and solution reviews.

Build Strategic Relationships

  • Establish long-term partnerships with decision-makers, key accounts, and prospective customers.

  • Strengthen DSV's reputation through professional engagement and industry networking.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention, growth, and referrals.

Lead and Develop Sales Excellence

  • Provide guidance, coaching, and technical logistics expertise to sales teams where applicable.

  • Share market intelligence and industry insights to support business strategy.

  • Promote a high-performance culture focused on customer success and sustainable growth.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Sales, or related disciplines.

  • 5–10 years of experience within the logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or contract logistics industry.

  • Proven track record in business development, key account acquisition, and commercial growth.

  • Strong understanding of warehousing, contract logistics, and supply chain solutions.

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience within Contract Logistics.

  • Experience managing large-scale logistics solutions or strategic customer accounts.

  • Exposure to both Singapore and Malaysia logistics markets.

  • Able to converse in mandarin to support Chinese-speaking customers/clients

Interview Process

  • Up to 2 interview rounds

  • Virtual and/or in-person interviews available

  • Fast hiring process with target onboarding in early July

  • Exposure to regional customers across Singapore and Malaysia
