What You'll Be Doing
Drive Business Growth
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand DSV's Contract Logistics market presence.
Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities within key industry sectors.
Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Deliver Customer-Centric Logistics Solutions
Understand customer supply chain challenges and translate them into value-added logistics solutions.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, and support teams to develop tailored proposals.
Lead commercial discussions, presentations, negotiations, and solution reviews.
Build Strategic Relationships
Establish long-term partnerships with decision-makers, key accounts, and prospective customers.
Strengthen DSV's reputation through professional engagement and industry networking.
Maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention, growth, and referrals.
Lead and Develop Sales Excellence
Provide guidance, coaching, and technical logistics expertise to sales teams where applicable.
Share market intelligence and industry insights to support business strategy.
Promote a high-performance culture focused on customer success and sustainable growth.
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Sales, or related disciplines.
5–10 years of experience within the logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or contract logistics industry.
Proven track record in business development, key account acquisition, and commercial growth.
Strong understanding of warehousing, contract logistics, and supply chain solutions.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience within Contract Logistics.
Experience managing large-scale logistics solutions or strategic customer accounts.
Exposure to both Singapore and Malaysia logistics markets.
Able to converse in mandarin to support Chinese-speaking customers/clients
