Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Roadshow Assistant to support our roadshow operations across various locations. This role involves event setup and teardown, customer service, cashiering duties, inventory management, and coordination with temporary staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with roadshow setup, teardown, and daily operational activities.
- Perform POS machine setup and basic configuration.
- Handle daily cashiering duties, including opening and closing procedures.
- Provide professional customer service and product recommendations.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for roadshow and warehouse operations.
- Ensure proper upkeep of warehouse fixtures, fittings, and equipment.
- Support the training, guidance, and supervision of temporary event staff.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient roadshow execution.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum secondary school education or equivalent.
- Experience in cashiering, retail, roadshow, event operations, or customer service is an advantage.
- Comfortable working at different event locations as required.
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Basic understanding of event setup and breakdown processes is preferred.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling event materials and equipment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
