🏥 SENIOR / STAFF NURSE (AGED CARE) | UP TO $4,500 | 4-DAY WORK WEEK | BISHAN/TANGLIN/SERANGOON

📍 Location: Bishan/Serangoon/Tanglin
💰 Salary: Up to $4,500/month
🗓️ Work Schedule: 4 days work week
⏰ Shift Hours (Rotating):

• 7:00am – 7:00pm
• 7:00pm – 7:00am

💼 Job Responsibilities:

• Perform and oversee clinical nursing duties, ensuring high standards of patient care
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve nursing practices and care quality
• Guide and supervise Enrolled Nurses and care staff, supporting their development
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure smooth and holistic patient care
• Ensure Nursing Care Plans (NCP) are updated and properly implemented
• Participate in clinical training, audits, and improvement initiatives

✅ Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Nursing (recognised by SNB)
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (aged care preferred)
• Strong interest in geriatric / elderly care
• Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts (4-day work week)
