🛠️ Your Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment to achieve production targets and output goals

• Perform equipment troubleshooting to support smooth production operations

• Conduct daily and monthly preventive maintenance to ensure machine reliability

• Support technical improvements and continuous quality enhancement initiatives

• Participate actively in workplace safety and quality improvement projects

• Maintain high operational standards within a controlled manufacturing environment

✅ Requirements

• Minimum NITEC in Engineering

• Able to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams

• Comfortable working in a controlled production environment

• Willing to perform 12-hour shift work (4-3-3-4 work pattern, 8pm to 8am)

• Open to entry level (without experience) keen to build technical competencies
