📍 Position: Customer Service Officer

Salary: $2,000 - $2,800 per month

⏰ Working Hours

Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Tuesday to Friday: 8:15 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday only

📝 Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide prompt assistance.
• Coordinate and follow up on customer orders and requests.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
• Support general administrative and customer service functions.

✅ Requirements

• Customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
