Salary:

• Gross Monthly Salary: $2,800 – $3,200

Working Hours:

• 44hrs/week

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily store operations, including staff scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers, handling enquiries, and resolving issues professionally
• Ensure store standards are maintained across operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising
• Identify and implement initiatives to improve store efficiency, sales performance, and customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the store management team to support marketing campaigns and in-store promotions
• Guide, coach, and support team members to achieve operational and service standards

Job Requirements

• 3–5 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle customer interactions effectively
• Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Experience in inventory management, merchandising, and retail operations
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational needs
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
