Salary: $2,300 – $2,600 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Explain product features, benefits, and promotions accurately.
• Process sales transactions and handle payments efficiently.
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
• Replenish stock and assist with inventory management activities.
• Support the achievement of store sales and service objectives.

Requirements

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Comfortable working retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory, as training will be provided.

Working Hours

• 5-day work week
• Must be open to working Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
• 44-hour work week
• Rotating shift schedule
